Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure SPK's need for technical infrastructure, procurement and use consultancy services on equipment, services and compound solution procurements, as well as other consultancy services to support the operation, management and development of our infrastructure platform. This includes, among other things, the delivery of servers, storage units, backup systems and network products with the accompanying software and consultancy services/consulting. The framework agreement shall cover the need for our technical infrastructure. The framework agreement includes, among other things, services related to: Strategic/tactical and operative consultancy related to IT architecture and technical system proposals, related to both operation and security. Installation and function testing Training in the use of equipmentTraining and consulting of product assortment Other servicesSPK will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. SPK is headed for increased use of cloud based systems, and this can also affect which systems, equipment and services are purchased under the framework agreement in the coming years. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for a further 2 years (1+1 years), a total of maximum 4 years. The contract has an upper financial limit of NOK 48 million excluding VAT.

Acts of terrorism or criminal acts relating to terrorist activity as defined in Article 1 and 3 of the Council ́s framework decision 2002/475/RIA of 13 June 2002 on combating terrorism (EFT L 164, af 22.6.2002, p. 3). This rejection reason also includes incitement to, participation or attempts to commit such actions as included in Article 4 in the mentioned framework decision.
