Lørenskog municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for welfare and respite services.
The procurement has several sub-contracts where the tenderers can choose to submit tenders for one or several of the parts. The general part must be answered by everyone regardless of which sub-contract a tender is submitted for.
Note that the documentation requirements can be somewhat different for each sub-contract and it is important that the tenderer familiarises themselves with the set requirements, as well as the documentation requirements.

Tenderers can document their economic/financial capacity in the following way:
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service, possibly from a company with equivalent certification in the EU/EEA Member State. The rating must not be more than three months old.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.
