Tax information for Norwegian tenderers: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT in accordance with the legal provisions and the tenderer must not have significant arrears. The requirement only applies to Norwegian tenderers. After the tender submission, tenderers must give consent for TendSign obtaining and that the contracting authority will get information on this via TendSign. After the tenderer has sent in. Tenderers will receive a request from Altinn for consent to share the tender in TendSign.The consent is valid at the organisation level and it is valid for 3 (three) months. If a tenderer does not agree to this, the tenderer must submit a tax and Sales tax. Tenderers can order such certificates via the Norwegian Tax Administration ́s website. The certificate shall not be older than 6 (six) months calculated from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.

Credit rating: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to execute the contract. The tenderer is required to be credit worthy, minimum A, in accordance with Dun & Bradstreet ́s service riskguardian suite (https://riskguardian.bisnode.no), or have the financial capacity to execute the contract based on the contracting authority ́s discretion. The Contracting Authority will carry out their own assessment of the tenderer's finances through RiskGuardian. Suite. Tenderers can enclose other necessary information if the tenderer believes that RiskGuardian Suite does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation. The RiskGuardian Suite service includes all Nordic countries. As a main rule, the Contracting Authority accepts credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems other than the RiskGuardian Suite on due to equal treatment of the tenderers. Foreign tenderers outside the Nordic countries will the contracting authority, however, use and accept a credit rating through Dun & Bradstreet's service. Credit (https://credit.dnb.com/). Quality assurance system: A good and well-functioning quality management system is required for the services that shall be provided. A system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies shall be enclosed, which f.eks. ISO 9001 or equivalent.

Experience: The tenderer, or employees at the tenderer are required to have experience from at least three equivalent assignments in the last 3 years. Equivalent assignments means projects of a comparable nature, size and complexity. The Excel document "The tenderer ́s references" shall be filled in. For each reference assignment, information must be given on the assignment ́s content, value, date of the assignment, contracting authority, gender neutral preferred at the contracting authority with an email address and telephone number.

The risk of damage to, or loss of products etc. due to a random event, passes from the supplier to the customer at the time of delivery. The tenderer is obliged, at his own expense, to take out and maintain insurances adapted to the tenderer's business and the nature of the delivery. Tenderers shall, upon the customer ́s request, present an insurance certificate for the contracting authority ́s control. The tenderer has, regardless of the contracting authority ́s control, responsibility for having insurance that covers this contract.
