Pipette tips are central tools within the University of Oslo`s research and laboratory training. The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the procurement of pipette tips that together give the agreement's assortment the quality, flexibility and breadth necessary to continue and execute the University of Oslo`s research projects and laboratory training in accordance with the University's strategic aims. The procurement shall also cover the need for pipette tips for Oslo Metropolitan University and Inland Norway University og Applied Sciences.

Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
The auditor ́s and the board ́s reports on the last two (2) years' financial statements. The contracting authority reserves the right to require/gather further information from the tenderer or from available sources in order to verify whether the tenderer has sufficient financial strength.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.
