The aim of the assignment is to develop block 88 in the centre of Sarpsborg to be an inclusive meeting place for all age groups in the surrounding area. The contracting authority follows a design process for the development of the park. During the autumn/winter months of 2023/2024, the contracting authority has mapped the need and wants for content in the park, defined targets and requirement specifications, brainstorming and executed a screening process in which the ideas that hit the targets and requirements for the park are best silt out and summed up. The tenderer ́s task will be to: Continue the design process by developing concepts based on results from the sieve process, performing a test phase in summer/autumn 2024 for selected concepts and ideas, assessing this testing phase and preparing a final concept based on the experience.
