Relevant and comparable deliveries means the erection of sheltered accommodation flats or nursing homes/hospitals, in the size order of importance for the competition ́s assignment. Tenderers must, in addition, have experience as a turnkey contractor for at least one reference project. The tenderer is not required to have been a turnkey contractor in projects that included the construction of sheltered accommodation flats/nursing homes.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: An overview of up to five (5) relevant and comparable assignments that the tenderer has carried out in the last five (5) years, calculated from the tender deadline. Fill in Annex 3 Template for reference descriptions as documentation.
