The contracts will be valid from when the contract is signed and have a duration of three years calculated from when the contract is signed. A tender conference shall be held 22.05.24, 12:00. Enrol via Mercell. The Contracting Authority has a unilateral option for an extension of the contract duration of +1 and +1 years.

The Contracting Authority needs consultancy services within management development. The contracting authority would like assistance with further development of a management culture characterised by trust based management. The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for competence. which the Contracting Authority does not have access to in their own organisation and/or when the Contracting Authority needs extra capacity when the Contracting Authority needs to be challenged in the management roles, organisation culture, organisation development etc. through an external perspective.

The recruitment will be carried out in close cooperation with recruiting managers and/or HR personnel at the Contracting Authority. Here are some examples of what the Contracting Authority may require, the list is not exhaustive: Whole recruitment process, from needs mapping to tender sending Parts of the recruitment process, such as carrying out tests or prequalification Search for candidates, as well as preparing candidates with the goal of signing up as applicants for AtB ́s announced positions management recruitment and recruitment of highly qualified technical personnel.

Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen:

The contracting authority needs different forms of assistance to measure employees ́ experience of, among other things, motivation, working environment, well-being and engagement. The employee survey is a comprehensive survey that is carried out every other year, whilst PULS surveys are smaller and more limited thematic, and can be carried out as needed several times per annum. The surveys will be carried out in close cooperation with HR personnel at the Contracting Authority.
