The canteen is in the main administration in Haraldrudveien 20. REG is an agency with approx. 700 employees distributed across different locations. There are approx. 250 employees in the main administration who will be able to use the canteen daily. REG also has several smaller locations with different number of employees. Daily means ordinary work days and the canteen shall not be kept open on weekends and on holiday days or similar.

It has been decided that the canteen should be vegetarian with some elements of seafood, and this requirement complied with the focus on reduction of food waste and local raw materials in the requirement specification, mean that climate and environmental considerations are not part of the actual evaluation, nor is the weighted minimum thirty percent, cf. § 7-9 second paragraph.
