The Vocational College in Viken (FiV) uses Drupal for its external website. FiV is seeking a tender with a tender that can be the vocational partner at both a strategic and operative level. On a strategic level, it will be about consultancy and assistance to further develop the website in such a way that FiV ́s growth targets are met, while on operative level it will be about operation, maintenance and support.

Tax Certificate: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers shall submit a VAT certificate and tax certificate (RF-1316). The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that document that the company has its tax and duty payments in order. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer must submit a declaration which confirms that all taxes and fees are paid. The declaration must be signed by the treasurer.

The tenderer ́s registration, authorisation etc./ the tenderer ́s organisational and legal position.: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the member country where the tenderer is established. Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments of an equivalent extent. 'equivalent scope' means that the tenderer has delivered operation, maintenance, strategic consultancy and further development of the website for contracting authorities of an equivalent size as the Vocational College in Creek. The Vocational College in Viken consists of 8 different study locations and currently has approx. 140 employees and approx. 1,800 active students. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall state and briefly describe the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s contracting authority with value and date.
