Trøndelag fylkeskommune believes that the climate and environmental effect in this contract together will give a clearly better climate and environmental effect with requirements for climate and environment in the requirement specifications. The compensation in the procurement is mainly justified by clearly improving climate and environmental effect within two main areas, emissions from electric vehicles and emissions from fittings. See annex E5051 for further information.
