Oslo kommune v/ Bymiljøetaten

Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure a tenderer for the care and operation of parks and public recreation areas in the northern area. The area includes Bjerke, Grorud, Stovner and Alna districts. The area includes parks, bathing places, foot paths, large and small recreational areas, as well as green areas and car parks. The operation includes i.a.: vegetation care, care of plant fields, emptying waste containers and cleaning and maintenance of, for example, playgrounds and benches. The area will be administered in accordance with our vision that together we create a safe, beautiful, green and active city.

Requirements connected to the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
