Consultant shall deliver a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 previous reference assignments, both including the zoning phase and the engineering design/construction plan phase. Newly established companies that cannot present references must be particularly careful to demonstrate that the consultant has the prerequisites required to carry out the contract. The planned organisation and CVs for key persons in the project organisation are particularly important. Together with the tender offer or enquiry to participate in the competition, a statement of the company form and the composition of the joint advisory cabinet shall then be enclosed. Each consultant in the group shall be a legally established company. The consultant group will be assessed together for the other qualification requirements. All consultants who participate in the community shall present requested documentation of the qualification requirements upon request. All consultants who participate in the group shall submit separate self-declarations (ESPD form), cf. the procurement regulations § 17-1(6). Each participant in the consultant group is joint and severally liable to the contracting authority during the execution of the contract.
