DFØ would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can assist with process modelling, improvement and training in our quality system/process tool. Modelling in the form of visualisation will be a central part of this work, including visualising how our processes are executed and interconnected at a general and operative level. The main aim of the modelling is that it is a central part of our quality system and it shall contribute to a clear understanding of our processes towards our employees and users. The process modelling shall, in turn, provide a basis for good communication, increased cooperation, training, as well as provide a basis for process improvements for increased digitalisation and automation.
