If the legal entity that submits a tender is owned 50% or more by another company, the above mentioned information shall also be given about the parent company.
Foreign tenderers shall instead prove that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

Tenderers shall have verbatim conditions to the tax and duty authorities.: Tenderers shall enclose a tax and duty certificate from the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
Foreign tenderers shall present a certificate issued by a competent body confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his tax, duty and social security obligations in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's home country or the state where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
