Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

NRK would like to enter into a maximum of 10 nationwide framework agreements within fast/ rapid charging (category 1) as well as from 1 to 3 nationwide agreements for petrol and diesel as well as car accessories (category 2) for NRK ́s vehicles. For NRK, as a public entity with social responsibility, environmental consideration is of great importance. NRK will, therefore, particularly aim at ensuring access to environmentally friendly fuel alternatives, as far as these alternatives can be used by the relevant official vehicles. NRK currently has approx. 290 official vehicles. Most of this is normal passenger cars/estate cars/goods vans, but there are also some large production vehicles, everything from larger goods vans/box-type lorries/lorries to semi-trailers. 60% of the total fleet is electric, and 70% of the passenger and goods van fleet is electric. Car accessories are to be understood as necessary parts and consumables necessary for driving and using the vehicle, such as light bulbs, flushing fluid, window cleaners, engine oil, ice scraper, lock oil/spray, detergents, degreas, cleansers, soap, sponges, polished agents, as well as self-service washing/machine washing. All accessories shall be available during opening hours and at the same location as delivery/tanking petrol and diesel. Tenders cannot, therefore, be submitted for supplies without the delivery of petrol and diesel. NRK will award a maximum of 10 agreements for fast/ rapid charging (category 1), as well as a minimum of 1 and maximum 3 nationwide parallel framework agreements for the delivery of petrol and diesel as well as accessories (category 2). The award will be made separately (tenderers must be able to submit tender offers in at least one of the two categories).
