Norsk rikskringkasting AS (henceforth referred to as NRK) invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for parallel framework agreements for the procurement of small and medium sized audio mixers to an IP based production platform. The following two categories of equipment are included in the framework agreement: Category 1 sound mixers based on dedicated hardware Category 2 Software based audio mixers that operate on COTS hardware. 4.3 Economic and financial position: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil their contractual obligations. Documentation requirement: Credit/solidity assessment and prediction for bankruptcy from a certified credit rating company shall be enclosed with the qualification application. The assessment shall uncover (1) credit/solidity assessment and (2) the extent of any risk of bankruptcy (prediction of bankruptcy). The assessment shall not be older than three months from the tender deadline. Annual report for the last three years with accompanying auditor's report. Income statement, income statement and balance sheet. NRK can, unless otherwise stated in the tender letter, undertake an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial situation through Experian, if possible. Minimum qualification requirements

Registered in a trade register: Tenderers are registered in a professional register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

4.1 Mandatory documentation requirements: Requirement: Tenderers shall not have significant tax remarks relating to the payment of tax to the public. Documentation requirement: Company tax certificate. Documentation of tax on the employer's wages and paid VAT. They must not be older than six months after the deadline for submitting their application. Any arrears must be explained. The requirement is only mandatory for Norwegian tenderers, but international tenderers are encouraged to submit equivalent documentation.

4.2 The organisational and legal standing of the tenderer: Requirement: The tenderer shall be a legally registered company. Documentation requirement: Certificate or equivalent documentation that shows that the participant is registered in a public register in his home country.

4.4.1 Capacity: Requirement: Tenderers shall have capacity for nationwide delivery of both equipment and services, as well as support and services. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's supply and service organisation, including the number of employees and description of the tenderer's spare parts warehouse and spare parts logistics and how this is handled nationwide, but with particular emphasis on Oslo/Trondheim. If the tenderer will rely on other companies' capacity to fulfil its contractual obligations, a signed declaration of conformity from the relevant sub-suppliers must be enclosed; Cf. Annex: Statement of sub-suppliers' obligations. Minimum qualification requirements

4.4.2 Experience: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have relevant experience with the delivery of services and equipment equivalent to that described in this document. Documentation requirement: Documentation of the most important deliveries to the tenderer and any sub-suppliers in the last three years. These deliveries shall be relevant and comparable in relation to the description of the object for the procurement. The documentation shall state the following for each delivery: • The contracting authority ́s name and contact information. • Services/systems provided. • The scope, value and length of the delivery. • A short description explaining why the tenderer considers this reference to be relevant for this procurement. • Information on, and if so, to what degree the delivery was carried out by the tenderer or by the use of sub-suppliers. NRK reserves the right to undertake the necessary surveys on the real relevance of the documented deliveries in order to get a complete picture of the tenderer ́s possibilities.
