The competition will be held in accordance with the Act of 17.06.2016 no. 73 on public procurements (LOA) and the public procurement regulations of 12.08.2016 no. 74 (FOA) parts I and III, as well as the guidelines included in this tender documentation. The competition will be held as an open tender contest. The competition is announced in 'EU-Supply'. Additional information in the competition period will be added to the same location. Any corrections, supplements or changes to the tender documentation, as well as questions and answers in anonymised form, will be forged to all tenderers who have registered interest in the procurement in "eu.eu-supply.com". All costs involved in preparing and submitting the tender shall be covered by the tenderer.
