A new telescopic grandstand shall be procured for Drammenshallen.The background for this is weakened comfort and functionality in the existing stand. The existing stands are consisting of ten large and ten small. The big ones shall as a starting point have room for approx. a hundred persons, whilst small persons can take up to eighty persons. In the first place we are looking to replace the big ten stands first, as these have the most wear and tear. There will be an option for the small stands. The stands shall be kept in separate hatches. The size in width, length and height must therefore be adapted to the existing hatch. What to procure: Ten large grandstands that have the capacity to have a minimum of 100 persons per grandstand. Railings for covering the back of all the stands. Railings to cover six ends of all the stands, these must be compatible to use with the small stands. Option: Ten small grandstands that have a capacity for a minimum of eighty persons per grandstand. Railings for covering the back of all the stands.

There is currently a need for a full upgrading of the grandstand facility in Drammenshallen, but only resources to cover the large stands. Tenderers shall therefore submit a description and price in the small stands, where the contracting authority can trigger this as an option. Option for small grandstands is planned to be taken up during the calendar year 2025. The option can be unilaterally taken up by the contracting authority, but is not binding. See the requirement specifications for further needs description.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Drammenshallen (initiated 1977) is located at Strømsø and Marienlyst in Drammen. Drammenshallen is one of Norway's largest sports halls with a total of 7,500 m2 with capacity for 4,900 spectators. The hall was at the inauguration Nordens largest sports hall. The hall ́s floor area houses a total of four handball courts and includes an athletics court, two shooting ranges as well as a special hall for ballet. The hall also contains a cafeteria, a club room that will be used in the mornings by schools, in the afternoon and evening by sports associations. The hall has also been used diligently for exhibitions, trade fairs and concerts. Site inspection 1 - Thursday 14.03 from 12:00 - 13:00. (Deadline for tenderers to respond: Wednesday 13.03 by 12:00). Site inspection 2 - Tuesday 19.03 from 12:00 - 13:00. (Deadline for tenderers to respond: Monday 18.03 by 12:00).
