The tenderer shall have the financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.: The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the Board's and the auditor's reports from 2023 and 2022. If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not completed at the tender deadline for this competition, it shall, in the preliminary annual accounts for the last year shall be enclosed. Tenderers shall have a documented quality management system.: A description of the tenderer's methods for Quality assurance. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certifications, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of a valid certificate.

Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.: Tax certificate not older than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. the tender deadline. Tax certificate means: Norwegian tenderers: • Tax and VAT certificate issued by the tax office via Altinn Foreign tenderers: • Foreign tenderers must present equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order. Tenderers shall have the professional and practical implementation ability to fulfil the contract. This includes i.a. a sufficient number of interior architects for the procurement.: A short, overall description of the business, including: • an overview of personnel with relevant competence that the tenderer has at its disposal to carry out this agreement • a short overview of necessary equipment, e.g. PCs, office materials, programme etc. • general and brief on which education and competence that the tenderer ́s personnel have with relevance for this agreement

Tenderers shall have experience from relevant deliveries. Relevant deliveries means experience from previously executed assignments of comparable nature. The comparable extent is also relevant, but will be given less weight in the evaluation.: An overview of 3 relevant deliveries that the tenderer has carried out the last 5 years. Tenderers shall document fulfilment by completing the attached template for reference descriptions. See Part 1 Annex 3 Reference description template.
