Technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers are required to have very good implementation ability and sufficient technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the framework agreement. Experience is required from at least 3 relevant framework agreements or contracts for hire of multi-function machines, or for agreements on multi-function machines as a service.
