The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from the company and accounting information system Proff Forvalt (www.forvalt.no).
Newly started companies will not always be able to provide a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, this may however be compensated by providing alternative documentation. The same debt is other companies that don't get a credit rating hjå Proff Forvalt
The contracting authority ́s contracting authority shall obtain supplementary information on the tenderer's finances.
If the tenderer is dependent on other suppliers to fulfil this qualification requirement, the tenderer must portray this. The contracting authority will, in the event, also carry out an assessment of the finances of the support work in the same way and tek atthald to obtain supplementary information about the support work.

Tax certificates are not older than six months from the tender deadline. With tax certificate meinast:
Norwegian tenderers:

The certificates can be obtained from Altinn.no.

Tenderers shall have good experience from the operation of kiosks/cafes/catering of equivalent scope and turnover.
Documentation requirement:
Portrayal of at least one (1) and up to three (3) of the most relevant assignments from the tenderer in the last three years. The description must include information on the value of the assignment, date and reception (name, telephone number and e-mail address). Relevant experience can also be café operations as a self-service business.
References can be contacted if necessary, to ensure relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description.
Tenderers shall benefit from the reference form in Annex 5.
