Economic and financial capacity: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to have: 1. An annual minimum turnover of NOK 10 million. 2. Positive equity. 3. Credit rating: That the company is credit worthy. The contracting authority will assess the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following manner: 1. The last annual accounts (income statement and balance sheet) with notes and including auditor declaration 2. A self-declaration on the company ́s total turnover for a maximum of the three last available fiscal years 3. Credit checks from known parties in the market (more recent than 6 months) If a tenderer has a justifiable reason not to submit the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, the Tenderer can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document, including, e.g., by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee or equivalent. The contracting authority will emphasise, among other things, whether the tenderer has profitable operation and positive cash flow in recent years. Minimum qualification requirements

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Minimum requirements for qualification requirements The contracting authorities are concerned with having a tenderer who has proven experience within the requested goods delivery. In order for the tenderer to be qualified, it must refer to such experience. The tenderer shall refer to at least two similar assignments here (read: framework agreement for medical consumables) that the tenderer has had in the last three years. The relevant reference contracting authorities can be municipalities, counties or other public actors. The name of the Contracting Authority, the volume of the framework agreement and the duration of the agreement shall be given. The framework agreement shall not have had the start-up date further than 1 April 2020. The references can be given either directly in the text field connected to the qualification requirement, or as a separate PDF document attached to the tender.
