Kolumbus AS, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender competition for a lunch arrangement. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for a good and satisfactory lunch arrangement with good and healthy food products that are fresh and look inviting and that in addition contributes to increased well-being among the employees. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. A more detailed description of the framework for the procurement is in Annex 1 Requirement Specifications.

The tenderer ́s economic and financial capacity, Qualification Requirement, Documentation Requirement.: Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers shall enclose annual accounts for the last three years, including the board's annual report and auditor ́s statement, or other documentation that shows that the tenderer fulfils this qualification requirement. The contracting authority will, in addition, obtain a separate credit assessment of the company via a credit rating company. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "creditworthy".

The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.
