Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who will be responsible for the contract. The agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a Licensing Solutions Provider (LSP), and provide services that naturally come under this, such as purchase and hire of software licences (user rights to software), licence maintenance and licence consultancy services. Nordre Follo municipality currently has the existing Enterprise agreements with Microsoft through Crayon. Both the existing agreement with Microsoft, Adobe and other licences shall be transferred to the new LSP. LSP shall both function as a forwarding of licences to the contracting authority, and contribute more general licence consultancy services and the possibility for assistance with internal audits in order to optimise the budget for license use. The estimated value of the agreement, calculated over four years: • The cost of Microsoft products is approx. NOK 70,000,000• The cost of Adobe licences is approx. NOK 9,000,000• The cost of other licences is approx. NOK 18,000,000- The need for SAM services varies. During the current period, approx. NOK 300,000 has been withdrawn - mainly in connection with licence renewal around Microsoft licences.

Tenderers are required to have a bankruptcy rating equivalent to B (moderate bankruptcy risk) from Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) or better. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will use Proff Forvalt (Proff AS) to assess fulfilment of the requirement. Therefore it is not necessary for tenderers to send this documentation.
