Tenderers shall have sufficient competence and experience from comparable contracts.: Tenderers shall have sufficient competence and experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirements: Tenderers shall document experience from comparable contracts. The documentation should clearly state which resource persons in the organisation have experience with equivalent assignments, information on comparable assignments and any collaborating partners. The reference project shall have a gender neutral preferred with knowledge of the project. Comparable assignments are defined as technical solutions. Here are obviously ice rinks of interest, but other references may have value. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to describe how relevant it is. Tenderers must document how the resource persons will be used in this project. This can be done through an organisation plan that shows key persons in their role in the project and a description that states how their competence is used. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references for confirmation of the provided information. This point will be answered in part of the request for participation.
