Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

In connection with the development of a new secondary school for the Hånes district, a decision has been made that the secondary schools Vigvoll and Ve shall be co-located on the new site at Lauvåsen. The new school shall have capacity for 385 pupils, and shall be run as a 4 parallel school, with an option for a stage with 5 parallel classes. The site to be developed is unspoilt land. Kristiansand municipality has run an architect competition and the designated winner of this. The architect will be transported to the contractor. The new school shall be erect in accordance with Kristiansand municipality ́s norms and requirement specifications, and if a price is reached at the end of the interaction phase, the municipality will be able to order an option for the execution of the building. This entire contract, including the interaction phase, will be handled as a NS8407 contract, but the execution of the turnkey contract is, thus, an optional option for the municipality.
