Riksantikvaren
The assignment is connected to the procurement of national data and knowledge connected to listed cultural monuments. The programme shall be designed with fixed activities each year in the period 2025-2030. Listed cultural monuments in 18 selected municipalities shall be mapped and assessed in accordance with a established methodology. Analyses shall also be prepared which i.a. shall include causal relationships that lead to a loss and the relationship between use of measures and the degree of preservation.

Technical and professional qualifications are in the tender documentation point 4 and the ESPD form. The Public Procurement Regulations § 16-6 (1), letter b allows for "... If necessary to ensure sufficient competition, the contracting authority can state that also documentation of relevant deliveries or services that the tenderer has carried out more than three years ago will be considered". We chose not to open to this when preparing this tender documentation, but would now like to change in accordance with questions from potential tenderers.
