A digital mapping system, in which all pupils at all levels of the Bergen School have the opportunity to answer professionally anchored questions on different aspects of their own school environment. School employees with need for information should be able to start and end the mapping and use the results in the school ́s work with the school environment. According to the Education Act chapter 9A, it is a part of the school ́s mandate and obligation to obtain important information about the pupils ́ learning environment, both as part of the schools ́ continual work with the school environment, but also by suspicion or knowledge that a pupil does not have a safe and good school environment. The contract will be valid for 3 years from the delivery day. The agreement will then be renewed automatically for 1 year at a time, unless terminated. The maximum contract period is 7 years.

Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have good and relevant experience. The experience shall include deliveries of equivalent complexity as the delivery requested in this competition. The references are to be added directly to Mercell as a response to this point. If more than five reference projects are given, only the first five will be assessed.

Information Security System: Tenderers shall have a documented and operationalised information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with good practice and internationally recognised standards for information security, f.eks. ISO/IEC 27001, which covers technology, information, organisation, personnel and physical locations that can affect the deliveries. Description of the requirement/documentation: Certificate issued by an independent body, confirming that the tenderer's information security system complies with certain standards. The standard shall be based on relevant series of European standards that are certified by accredited bodies, for example ISO 27001. If a tenderer does not have such a certificate, the tenderer must present other documentation that states that the tenderer has an overall system for information security and that measures have been implemented that are in accordance with the relevant European standard for information security.
