At the time of the announcement of the competition, the contracting authority has no control over future situations that may require changes in the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to make additional procurements of "modules" in the presented Cloud Service, as well as the description of any. Additional services presented in Annex 2 - Price Form. This also applies to "modules" which come as new functionality in the contract period and that can be seen as a natural development of functionality in the system. Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The contracting authority would like to invest in a modern and user friendly HRM system (the cloud service) that ensures quality by management support and competence development, CV, reports, documentation and personnel archive. The current system at the Contracting Authority is Word, PDF and Excel. The cloud service must be intuitive for all user roles. The contracting authority uses the ERP system Unit4 ERP, where Tieto Evry is the system supplier. The HRM system shall not replace the functionalities in Unit4, see more information about Unit4 in Annex 3 in the SSA-small cloud. The cloud service shall be the primary source for information on competence development and employee management for all of the Contracting Authority's employees. Timekeeping and handling absences etc. will take place in Unit4 ERP, both systems shall be integrated seamlessly. The aim of the Cloud service is to simplify and improve the processes connected to competence development for employees and employee management at the Contracting Authority.The tenderer ́s standard terms described or attached in Annex 10 are binding for the Contracting Authority as regards the requirements for the provision of the cloud services as specified in point 1.1.1 in the contract. A detailed description of the services is given in the SSA-small cloud Annex 1 and the annexes. The contract will be valid for 3 years, thereafter with an automatic annual extension.
