The tenderer shall be the owner of the contract, be responsible for the application processes in its entirety, facilitating the designated site ground, freight to the designated site ground, assembly of the school pavilion, disassembly and removal of the pavilion, removal of the pavillion and reconditioning the site ground after the lease expires.
