Health services - Procurement of tonsil electrodes for Helse Vest

In accordance with the Specialist Health Services Act §2-1 a, Helse Vest shall ensure that patients resilende in the Western Health Region are offered specialist health services. These services are provided partly through separate health companies and partly through contracts with private providers of specialist health services. Helse Vest RHF would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of tonsil electrodes from a private supplier. Helse Vest undertakes this procurement primarily to relieve Helse Bergen HF and reduce the waiting times that work up in the health company. The service shall therefore be carried out in Helse Bergen's admissions area and tenders with other delivery locations will be rejected.

Tax and duty arrears: Qualification requirement: Tenderers are required not, without a justifiable reason, to have tax and duty arrears. Economic and financial capacity: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must present the following documentation: - The last submitted Annual Financial Statements with notes including auditor's report, as well as annual reports if submitted. - Income statement and balance sheet so far in the year (the last completed accounting period). - Tenderers are free to prove their economic and financial position by any other document, including, e.g., by a parent company guarantee. If the tenderer wants to document his economic and financial position by a bank guarantee and/or a parent company guarantee and/or declaration that a bank guarantee will be provided, the tenderer shall use the templates for this. (Annex 5-7) - The set-up for tenderers who are in the process of being established requires a proper budget and an opening balance confirmed by the auditor. - For companies that have not been in operation for the last three years (but which are not considered newly established), the accounts with the balance sheet and the auditor's report for the last year they were in operation as well as the result and balance sheet with comparison figures so far this year must be presented. Tenderers must also enclose a justifiable budget proposal. The contracting authority can itself obtain rating reports on the www.soliditet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS) to verify that the tenderer has sufficient economic and financial capacity.
