As a part of Bodø municipality ́s work with redevelopment of older water and sewage installations, the water and sewage plant in Storspovveien and in the western part of Gildeskålveien shall be redeveloped. The area is located in Vestbyen in Bodø town. The project includes Gildeskålveien from the junction of Stærveien and westwards, including the crossing of Fredensborgveien, as well as the entire Storspovveien road. A new water and sewage system shall be brought down to the treatment facility at Hammervika. The procurement consists of the following main works: • A new water and sewage system shall be established with separate pipelines for water, waste and surface water. The existing water and sewage installations shall be redeveloped. • Establishment of two cross overflows and quantities of regulators. • Clearing and establishing of new service pipes for housing for separation. • Construction and re-establishment of affected roads with side areas. • Establishment of new street lighting as well as conduits for cables for both lighting installations and for other cable theatres. The works are planned to start in June 2024 with completion by 31 October 2025.

As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Central certification or documented competence as stated in SAK chapter 11 or equivalent in the certification areas water supply and sewage installations (development class 2), and road and ground work (development class 2).

Registered in a trade register or company register.: Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. The company shall be legally registered. Documented by a company registration certificate. Tax certificate in accordance with § 7-2 Tax certificate in the procurement regulations.

A quality assurance/management system that is sufficient to fulfil the contract.: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes. or have a quality assurance/management system based on the main principles in NS-EN ISO 9001. Documented by a Valid certificate/certificate verifying that the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO9001 or equivalent. If the tenderer does not have a third-party certified system for the quality assurance/management system, the tenderer shall describe the procedures and measures that are implemented by the delivery and that show that the tenderer has its own quality assurance/management system and documented targets.

Only for building and construction works:: Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration. Relevant experience with assignments of at least equivalent size and complexity. Relevant assignments mean the construction of infrastructure installations of equal complexity and size. Tenderers shall submit a list of a minimum of 5 relevant assignments carried out during the last 5 years. The list shall include information on the extent and reference person of the work. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.

A quality assurance/management system that is sufficient to fulfil the contract.: The tenderer utilises the following technical facilities and quality assurance measures and the tenderer ́s survey and research facility is as follows:

Portion of the contract to sub-suppliers.: The tenderer is considering to outsource the following part (as a percentage) of the contract to sub-suppliers. Note that if the tenderer has decided to outsource a part of the contract to sub-suppliers and will use the sub-suppliers ́ capacity to carry out this part, a special ESPD will be supplemented for such sub-suppliers, see part II, section C, above.
