… quality assurance standards.: Can tenderers submit certificates issued by independent bodies that document that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards, including universal design requirements? Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system, for example in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9001-2015. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must document their quality assurance system in the following way: Certification certificate for the relevant quality assurance standard. • Other certificates issued by bodies in other EEA states that comply with the community rules or relevant European or international standards on certification can be submitted, provided that the tenderer can document that these are equivalent to NS-EN ISO 9001:2015. • The contracting authority will accept other documentation for an equivalent quality system if the tenderer cannot obtain such certificates by the tender deadline, and this is not the result of the tenderer himself.
