Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for staffing services for health and mastery within the following job categories: * Nurse/mental health nurse with Norwegian authorisation* Assistive care workers/health care work with Norwegian authorisation The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 10-ten tenderers in ranked order, provided a sufficient number of tenders that achieve a sufficient high sum of points at the tender evaluation. The framework agreements will be valid for two years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for twelve months at a time, up to three times. The maximum contract length is therefore five years. A comprehensive description of the procurement is given in the contracting authority ́s requirement specifications.

Tenderers are required to have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.: • A statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system • Documented by a valid certificate/registration of a quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements in ISO9001:2008 (ISO9001:2015 in the contract period) or an account of an equivalent quality assurance system.

Tenderers shall fulfil the terms to be registered in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s register, cf. Regulations on manpower companies § 5: • The contracting authority will check whether the tenderer is registered as a manpower company in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s register. • If the registration is not available at the tender deadline, the tenderer shall document that the conditions for being registered as manpower companies in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s register are fulfilled.

The contracting authority can check these minimum requirements for qualification requirements.
