(impact assessment)
- Project orientated planning: manage teams/consultants within
different disciplines, development and progress.
- Analyses and reports on municipal level.
- Early phase sketch project
- Plan documents in accordance with the municipality's requirements: see Should you prepare a zoning plan?
- Early phase calculations for order requirements.
