The framework agreements are divided into 6 sub areas: • Sub-area 1: Clothing and personal protective equipment • Sub area 2: Backpack, bag, sleeping bags and safety equipment • Sub-area 3: Emergency helmet for the Civil Defense • Sub-area 4: Wool sweater• Lot 5: Field bottle • Sub area 6: Flame retardant gloves and wind mittens. Tenders can be submitted for one or several sub areas, and tenderers in the Template for tender letters shall state which sub-areas a tender is submitted for. NB: Tenders cannot be submitted for only parts of the products within each sub-area. Tenders for the sub-area must include all products.

Products shall be delivered to the Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Civil Protection in Tønsberg, the Fire and Rescue School in Tjeldsund, the Central Warehouse of the Civil Defence at Starum and 20 Civil Defence Districts in all counties in Norway. The main place of the deliveries, however, will be the Central Warehouse of the Norwegian Civil Defence, Starumsvegen 86, 2850 Lena.
