Tenderers must substantiate that they fulfil the legal requirements that apply to the business, cf. the Estate Agency Act chapter 2.
Copy of the Estate Agent Letter to document that the offered broker has a licence to operate estate agent from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway.
