OsloMet both recruits internationally and receives many guest researchers from different countries and thus needs a service that can assist with practical assistance in the process where candidates shall move to the Norway.

The competition will be carried out in the tender implementation tool Mercell TendSign (KGV). If you would like to submit a tender, register in the "Supplier Portal" Mercell TendSign. Tenderers shall, upon registration in the "Supplier Portal", ensure that the necessary company information (complete name, organisation number, address, telephone number etc.) is correct.

Submission of tenders

Tenders shall be submitted in the "Supplier Portal" and within the tender deadline in the progress plan in the tender documentation.

Corrections and Supplements

The contracting authority has the right, before the tender deadline, to make corrections, supplements and changes to the tender documentation which are not of a significant value. All changes will only be available in the "Supplier Portal".

Communication/questions and answers

All enquiries and questions about the procurement shall be sent in writing via the "Supplier Portal".

Any questions tenderers must have about the tender documentation must be submitted by the deadline stated in the progress plan in the tender documentation.

The tenderer shall have economic and financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement.: A solidity assessment/credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures.

The rating must provide information on credit worthiness, i.e. Dun & Bradstreet rating "credit worthy" or equivalent from another recognised credit rating company. 

The result shall be given in the documentation that a graded value (letters or numbers etc.) on a defined scale.

Tenderers with a rating worse than "credit worthy" will be rejected.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual financial statements including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

Tenderers must have fulfilled their tax and payroll tax obligations.: Certificate from the tax collector (RF-1316).
The certificate must not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.
Foreign companies must submit equivalent certificates that show that they have their tax and duty payments in order.
