Creditworthiness: The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement. A creditworthiness of A (creditworthy) is required to be eligible for this competition. Tenderers with a lower rating will be rejected. Documentation requirement: • Extended credit appraisal/report from a publicly certified credit rating company, score A (credit worthy) or an equivalent or better rating. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. • Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly established companies with a credit rating of AN, some foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. Such alternative documentation shall be included with the tender. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not submitting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

Quality assurance system/quality management system.: Tenderers are required to have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system/quality management system. Documentation requirement: A statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system or a copy of the system certificate issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation.

Registration: The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate or equivalent from the tenderer's home country.

Experience: Tenderers shall have good experience from the execution of equivalent deliveries that this framework agreement shall cover. Documentation requirement: Overview of the tenderer's three most relevant deliveries in the last three years. The list shall as a minimum contain: • Name of the contracting authority. • Contract value and scope • Date of the delivery. • Description of the delivery Use Annex 5 - Reference Form.

Delivery capacity: The tenderer shall have sufficient delivery capacity. As a sufficient capacity, a minimum of: • 3 man-labour years with craft certificates in the plumbing profession. Documentation requirement: A description shall be given of the tenderer's personnel or technical units that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract. The description shall include the tenderer's workforce and the number of employees in the company who have the professional qualifications required for this type of work.
