Experience: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts in the public sector. Newly established tenderers are sufficient to have experience from comparable assignments for the offered key personnel. Comparable assignments in the public sector are connected to the 3 categories stated in the competition: Category 1: Public procurements, contract law, contractual and state aid regulations. Category 2: Planning and building law, real estate - including judgement. Category 3: Administrative law and municipal law, including the technical sector. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. A description can be submitted of a maximum of three assignments for each category. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient (gender neutral preferred with name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority will, if needed, obtain information from the references.

Professional qualifications: The offered personnel shall have a licence to practice lawyer services provided by the Supervisory Council for lawyer services and security in accordance with NS 8407. The Court's chapters 11, § 220 and § 222. Documentation: Licence to practice law. Tenderers shall fulfil the Personal Data Act ́s security requirements, cf. §13 for satisfactory information security as regards confidentiality, integrity and availability when processing personal data.
