Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.: Tenderers shall enclose annual accounts for the last three years, including the board's annual report and auditor ́s statement, or other documentation that shows that the tenderer fulfils this qualification requirement.
The contracting authority will, in addition, obtain a separate credit assessment of the company via a credit rating company. Tenderers must achieve a minimum rating of "creditworthy".

Annex 4 Reference Form can be used as a template, or a separate set-up can be made that replaces annex 4. NB, this response requires that the above described points are described.
