Electrical work means, among other things, work related to minor alterations, installation, changes and maintenance work on the existing buildings, both internally and externally. These are mainly assignments such as adding new data points and sockets, replacing fixtures, error recovery in the electrical work etc. The tenderer is responsible for regulations fire proofing when carrying out installation work. The agreement preferably applies for work/assignments that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but can also be used for work in connection with minor alterations and renovations. In Øygarden there are 17 bridges and 37 quays for which the municipality is responsible. The framework agreement applies to maintenance services for bridges and quays in Øygarden municipality, as well as major rehabilitation work if necessary. The assignment mainly includes routine operational and maintenance tasks on quays and bridges. The assignment also includes inspection and registration, planning of activities, preparedness and reporting as a result of operational difficulties or unexpected incidents on the quays and bridges, documentation, reporting to the client, information to the public and the handling of other tasks that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the quays and the bridges. Current tasks can be (the list is not exhaustive): Demolition and removal of steel railings and concrete railings on existing bridges Installation of bridge railings, transitional railings and shock pads with terminations Registering/improving existing constructions with bridge railings Concrete work in connection with the expansion of the bridges for railing spaces Emergency measures in the road (excavation) , masonry, filling, asphalting) in connection with the bridge work High-pressure washing / sandblasting of concrete surfaces. Mechanical repair of concrete Surface treatment of steel Replacement of timber, as part of the supporting structure. The bridge maintenance task will vary and includes e.g. vegetation clearing, concrete repairs, replacement of railings, replacement of watercourses, replacement of edge girders (leading edge), membrane work, erosion protection, surface treatment of steel beam vessels, new bridge bearings, new joint, new joint thresholds, asphalt work, L-shaped foundations, impregnation of concrete and demolition of old bridge. As a general rule, it will be relevant to have a visual inspection of the bridges and quays in Øygarden municipality. For completed assignments, a condition report will be attached which can give a representative picture of the condition of the individual construction. Fraud included in Article 1 of the Convention on protection of the Financial Interests of the European Communities (EFT C 316 of 27.11.1995, p. 48).

Child labour and other forms of human trafficking as defined in Article 2 of the European Parliament and council directive 2011/36/EU of 5. 1 April 2011 on the prevention and control of human trafficking and the protection of its victims and for compensation of the Council ́s framework decision 2002/629/RIA (EUT L 101 of 15.4.2011, p. 1).

Is the tenderer in an insolvency situation? Specify why, under the mentioned circumstances, one is able to carry out the contract, considering the current national provisions and measures for continuing the business activities? It is not necessary to provide this information if rejection of tenderers made mandatory in accordance with the current national law without the possibility for exceptions.

The contracting authority shall state that in Norway there are national rejection reasons. These shall be described in the procurement documents. Tenderers must respond to whether they are in one or more of the situations described in the national rejection reasons. Will the purely national rejection reasons, as stated in the relevant notice or in the procurement documents, apply?

Have tenderers failed to fulfil all their social security obligations in the country where they are established and in their member state, if this is a different country than what he is established in?

Acts of terrorism or criminal acts relating to terrorist activity as defined in Article 1 and 3 of the Council ́s framework decision 2002/475/RIA of 13 June 2002 on combating terrorism (EFT L 164, af 22.6.2002, p. 3). This rejection reason also includes incitement to, participation or attempts to commit such actions as included in Article 4 in the mentioned framework decision.
