DSB is responsible for entering into and following-up the framework agreement. The entities are independent responsible for own call-offs on the framework agreement.

Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years.
The description must include a statement of the contract ́s date and the name of
recipient/customer (name of customer and gender neutral preferred at the customer, telephone and email).
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
