Note: The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain and assess other documentation that can document that the requirement is met.

A1. Tenderers shall enclose a tax, payroll tax and VAT certificate.: Other requirements:
Documentation requirement: The certificate(s) shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. Tenderers who do not have their tax and duty obligations may be rejected from participation in the competition, cf. the Procurement Regulations §§ 9-5 (3) litra a, 24-2 (1) litra b and 24-2 (3) litra a.
Note: The requirement also applies for each sub-supplier or each of the cooperating companies that the Tenderer has connected to them in the Tender offer.

A2. Insurance. Tenderers shall always have insurance that is sufficient to cover requirements from the contracting authority or third parties as a result of the tenderer ́s liability or risk in accordance with the contract.: Other requirements:
Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall present a copy of an insurance certificate, alternatively enclose a self-declaration confirming that such insurance will be signed at the latest when this contract is signed.

K5. Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning environmental management system that shows how the Tenderer safeguards relevant environmental considerations connected to the execution of the Contract.: Information: Documented that tenderers, as part of the environmental management system have their own environmental policy and documented environmental goals, set environmental requirements for their own sub-suppliers, have an overview of the most significant environmental impacts from the entity, have the resources necessary to establish-, implement- and continually improve the management system for the environment, have stand-by to handle potential sitations at risk for unfavourable environmental impacts and have, in conclusion, a management that regularly follows up the system.
Documentation requirement:
Alternative 1: Copy of an environmental management system certificate in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Miljøfyrtårn [The Environmental Lighthouse]
Alternative 2: A description of the company ́s own environmental management system.
The description shall be presented in maximum one A4 page (500 words, text font 11, all margins 2.5 cm).

K6. Tenderers shall provide information on any use of sub-suppliers, what assignments and how much of the contract shall be carried out by sub-suppliers. Tenderers will be responsible and completely booklets for their offered sub-suppliers as if they are their own personnel.: Documentation requirement:
Tenderers shall provide information in a clear table with the following columns:
a. Name and organisation number of each individual sub-supplier.
b. What work assignments and the accompanying % share each sub-contractor shall carry out in the Contract.
c. The sub-contractor's experience with the work assignments, cf. point b (number of years).
By declaring the requirement met, the Tenderer confirms that complete documentation has been obtained, which documents that each sub-supplier fulfils all the Qualification Requirements that apply for this competition.
