Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
In cases where the assignment covers several disciplines, call-offs will be made on the agreement that is ranked highest. Up to 3 contracts will be signed per sub-contract, total up to 18 contracts. In some cases the contracting authority will enter into cooperation agreements with a third party (e.g. the Environment Package parties, counties and municipalities), which involve procurements of consultancy services. In such cases, the contracting authority will be able to make call-offs against the framework agreement, when it is agreed that the contracting authority shall be responsible for carrying out the assignment, even if the financing is completely or partly covered by others. The estimated total volume of the framework agreement is NOK 25 million excluding VAT, over 4 years. The estimated total volume is subject to great uncertainty, as this will depend on, among other things, public grants as well as own capacity at the contracting authority. Please note that the estimated total volume of this reason does not obligate the contracting authority to make procurements of this size.
