If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot submit the documentation requested by the contracting authority, he can prove his economic and financial position with any other document accepted by the Contracting Authority.

Good implementation ability is required including experience.: A description of the personnel that the applicant can use for fulfilment of the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the tenderer or not.

Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s content, scope, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
