A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required.: Short description, possibly a table of contents of the applicant ́s quality assurance system/management system. or: A copy of the system certificate issued by an accredited certification body if the tenderer has this or equivalent documentation.

Good implementation ability is required including experience.: A description of the personnel that the applicant can use for fulfilment of the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the tenderer or not. State relevant competence areas and capacity. Capacity is currently stated in tons and units. Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s content, scope, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.
