The contract period is 3 years from the signing of the contract. The contracting authority has an option to extend or extend gongs for up to a further 1 year, to a total maximum of four years.

Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the value, provision, risk and permanent liability of the contract.
Documentation requirement:
A credit rating that includes the key notes in the accounts shall be based on the last known accounts. The assessment shall be carried out by a credit information agency subject with licence to carry out this works.
If the tenderer has a legal reason to not present the documentation that the contracting authority has demanded, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting a quarter of a document that the contracting authority sees as a company. If the tenderer refers to justifiable reasons, such documentation shall be submitted saman with the tender.
