A solidity assessment/credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further
credit rating or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

Documentation requirement:
Description of up to 2 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 2 years. The overview shall, as a minimum, contain:
• Brief description of the delivery
• Date of execution
• Extent of the delivery in amounts.
• Name, email address and telephone number of a reference person at the contracting authority.
The contracting authority must be able to contact the contact persons who are listed. The list will only be used for qualification and not for evaluating award criteria. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.
