OsloMet shall enter into a new framework agreement for sustainable meal services for OsloMet for the period spring 2024 - spring 2026, with an option for an extension for up to 1+1 year. The tenderer's economic and financial capacity: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement: A solidity assessment/credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating company. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further credit rating or other financial information that, but not limited to, annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and auditor's reports.

The tenderer's certificates, authorisations, etc.: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or registered in a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet

Implementation ability/capacity: Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability/capacity that shows that the tenderer can fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including: • An account of the company ́s business concept and core competence related to the scope of the delivery. • An overview of ownership, as well as a description of the current business activities. • A description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, hereof a a list of personnel that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the requested contract area.

Experience: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation requirement: Description of up to 2 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 2 years. The overview shall, as a minimum, contain: • Brief description of the delivery • Date of execution • Extent of the delivery in amounts. • Name, email address and telephone number of a reference person at the contracting authority. The contracting authority must be able to contact the contact persons who are listed. The list will only be used for qualification and not for evaluating award criteria. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.

Utestengelsesgrunn: Betaling av skatter
Beskrivelse av utelukkelsesgrunner:
The chosen tenderer shall present a VAT certificate and a tax certificate upon request. This applies only if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian. The contracting authority can obtain tax information via an e-Certificate. Alternatively tax certificates are to be obtained manually. The tax certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in competition or tender. All sub-contractors shall also submit a tax certificate when they are signed for building and construction contracts. contracts for the assignment, exceeding NOK 500,000 excluding VAT.
