SIT STUDENTSAMSKIPNADEN I GJØVIK, ÅLESUND OG TRONDHEIM

The Student Welfare Organisation (Sit) in Gjøvik, Ålesund and Trondheim shall contribute to the students enjoying study towns and that more people want to study in these cities. The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for engineering design, delivery and installation of locks, fittings, access control and other related services. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. Sit is not subject to the procurement regulations and it will not be a maximum for the procurement. A maximum is given in the notice, as this is required by Mercell, but this is not binding for the contracting authority. Sit is not a public contracting authority and is not subject to the procurement regulations. Sit has chosen to announce the competition and has voluntarily subject to parts of the procurement regulations. See the tender provisions for further information on this.

The contracting authority is a private company that is not bound by the procurement regulations, but has chosen to publish via DOFFIN/MERCELL in order to reach a larger number of users. The competition will be held in accordance with general principles of the procurement regulations, but is otherwise not limited by the procurement regulations.

Certification ASSA ABLOY ARX: • Tenderers shall be certified to deliver ASSA ABLOY ARX Documentation: o Documentation confirming certification for the delivery of ASSA ABLOY ARX o This applies to both the tenderer and any sub-suppliers that the tenderer shall use to carry out the assignment. o Certification for installers who shall be used to carry out the assignment shall be enclosed. Certification to the National Communications Authority.: • Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with the National Communications Authority. Documentation: o Documentation of certification in accordance with the National Communications Authority (NKom, ENA, TIA). o Must have authorisation for the installation and maintenance of the electronic communication network. The authorisation shall be in accordance with the regulations on authorisation for businesses that carry out the installation and maintenance of the electronic communication network.
