The aim of the procurement is to enter into an operational agreement to cover Boligbygg ́s need for janitor services in a selection of Boligbygg's properties. • The service provider shall inspect and undertake janitor and operational assignments on the properties inside and outside the buildings and at the technical basic installations. • The service provider shall improve shortcomings in the properties, prioritise HSE related assignments and implement immediate measures that prevent unwanted consequential injuries. • The service provider shall handle waste in common areas and outside areas. • The tenderer shall carry out minor work that does not require tradesman education inside flats. This shall only be carried out in writing from Boligbygg ́s technical stewards. • The contract shall cover container hire for example in connection with the rusk action.
